Tree Gone,,,:(((

Way too hot in the afternoons now.

My brother hasn't been here yet, but i told him to do whatever it needed. It's not leaking, so i'm ok 'til it's fixed.

Taking the bus over to Walmart to get these new glasses adjusted, the frames are soooo out of whack, or did i already say this....Hard to read.

Staying in as much as possible, can't take the heat. Not sure how hot it got yesterday but i think past the mid 90s.

Well, no news, so yall tc, and

HAGD

  1. You were both unlucky and lucky!! The unlucky part is that the tree fell onto your house, the lucky part is that it could have done a lot more damage and didn't. Hope there is no hassle getting it fixed.

  2. Your tree in the prior posts, and your house, remind me of what happened 3 days after we had moved and "sold" my home. The papers hadn't been signed yet, when my favorite tree fell into our unsold house that I loved. Had to be lifted OUT with a crane! We were already inside our new house 800 miles away and felt nothing but fear. Of course the sale fell through.

When things like this happen in an ordinary day to an ordinary person, it is monstrous and cruel and seems unending. BUT IT WILL END. My fiasco did. (but the memory lasts)

    1. I think the plumber cutting so many roots to put the new sewer line in, and the ground saturated, is what made it fall over. And yes, i miss it every day. I put this teeny tiny one there but it will take so many years. Even a little one will put shade on the house tho.
